Set up is about 45 seconds, suffocation about 2 minutes. Scene 4: Mira protests more weakly than before and man laughs before he strangles her with garrote. Strangling scene shows Mira's face and body, scene for about 90 seconds. Mira's tongue sticks out again. After strangle Mira is barely alive and unable to say anything. Scene 5: Man gets plastic bag and tells Mira that it is the final scene. Mira can't talk but shakes her head with pleading expression. Man puts clear plastic bag around Mira's head. Mira slowly suffocates in bag until dying. Zoom in to Mira's face and body multiple times during suffocation. About 4 minutes and 30 seconds for scene. Man looks at Mira after death, enjoying. Scene 6: Mira is on the ground with plastic bag still around head, death stare. P.S. Scene 2 (20 minutes or more) 5 Minutes The wife is in shock to what she did. She is in shock and pain from her injury. Her heart is racing. She is shaking and moaning painful cries. She looks down at her injury and realizes she is bleeding. She clutches her arms over the stomach wound to slow the bleeding. She starts to walk towards the bathroom to get bandages. However, the slashes in her legs make it very hard to walk. So she has to sit down and uses her arm to crawl to bathroom. 5 Minutes At the bathroom, she find some medical bandages on a shelf. She tries to stand up to reach the bandages. Several times her legs fail her. She falls to her knees due to the weakness and injury in her thighs/legs. After several attempts she is able to stand by using the sink for support to help her stand. She takes the bandages and sits on the ground again. She takes of her camisole so she can bandage the stomach. She then applies medical tape/gauze and ties several layers of it around her stomach slash and thigh slashes. This successfully stops the bleeding. 5 Minutes By then, she had lost some blood. Her blood pressure and heart rate dropped. There is blood around the injury area on her stomach, blood on her shirt, blood lines going down her legs all the way to her ankle. She feels weak and sits down on the ground on the bathroom against the wall. She clutches her stomach and pulls her knees to her face. She is afraid she will die. She realizes she must call for help. She crawls back to the living room and calls for medical help from her cell phone. 5 Minutes Her heart rate slowly drops. She withers and moans in pain for several minutes. She suffers in pain and agony for several minutes making pain sounds. She then slowly slides to the ground and passes out. Screen fades to black. Scene 3 (10 minutes) Scene 3 starts with her in cardiac arrest. She is lying on the ground. There is pillow under her head. Her eyes are wide open staring at the ceiling. Her mouth is open in shock. There is nasal cannula line connected to her nose for breathing. There is medical electrodes on her chest and stomach to deliver shocks to her heart. She is shocked by the electrodes every 30 seconds. The actress will simulate this by moving her chest and stomach up then down in a shock pattern. The shocks will become gradually stronger with time. Finally, one of the shocks will bring her pulse back. She wakes up. She sits up scared and breathing heavily as if she just woke up from a nightmare. Masked guy then pushes down on the weight bar to continue killing the actor, who screams in agony and whose body struggles greatly on the bench. Blood flows more from his mouth, nose, and crushed throat. Scene should not be too short, but should show a longer struggle. As he dies, we hear the gurgling from his mouth and nose as he suffocates on his own blood. His body shakes and trembles in death agony, and then he goes limp with his eyes staring off in horror. I can send you a clip from the inspiration scene from the movie “Happy Birthday to Me,” but I’d want it to be bloodier, longer and more full of the victim’s horror and pain, screaming and blood. The scene in Happy Birthday to me is far to short and not explicit enough, and the camera angles are not that great. 2. Stabbed in the shower. This scene is inspired by the movie Psycho, but unlike Psycho, which implies the stabbing, I’d like to show the stabbing explicitly. Before stepping into shower, actor washes his face and wets his hair in the sink. He then flexes in front of the mirror and smiles cockily at his good looks. He steps into the shower and we see shots of him soaping up and rinsing his body. Masked guy steps into bathroom with big knife. Actor sees masked guy, recognizes him and jokes about the really convincing fake knife and then asks him why doesn’t he try stabbing him with it. Then the masked guy stabs actor repeatedly in the shower. We see knife penetrate torso several times; actor screams, and blood flows from his wounds, mouth and nostrils. He lifts his arms up to defend himself, but the masked man in too strong. We see the actor collapse slowly against the shower wall and on to the shower floor. His body trembles greatly as he dies, and his eyes are open in horror. 3. Executed with Arrows: This is kind of inspired by various paintings of St. Sebastian martyred by being tied with his arms above his head to a tree and executed by being shot with arrows. I can share some concept pictures. Only here, the setting is a dark basement, and the actor is an undercover agent that has been discovered by the drug mafia and executed slowly with arrows. Actor is tied with his arms above his head to a pole. Masked man enters room with bow and several large, thick arrows. Actor recognizes him and calls him coward for hiding behind a mask to kill him. Actor is defiant, but also a bit afraid. There’s sweat running down his face, out of his armpits and down his torso since it’s also hot in the basement. Actor starts off defiant saying you’ll never get away with this; the agency will get the mafia in the end. Masked man chuckles and places an arrow in his bow and aims it at actor. Actor screams, no, no, don’t do this. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s thigh; actor screams and contorts his body horribly in agony. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s shoulder. Actor screams in agony - please stop, please. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s abs. Actor screams and contorts body even more - please, I’ll tell you anything; give you names; just stop. Masked man shoots arrow into actor’s pecs. Actor screams, please stop, I’m dying. Masked man’s shoots arrows into actor’s throat. Blood gushes from wound and flows from actor’s nostril and mouth and drip down his torso. Actor looks in horror back at masked man. Finally, masked man executes actor by shooting arrow into actor’s eye. Actor’s body goes limp and his ruined body hangs pierced with arrows and dripping blood on to the floor.

Sally shoots Alice M one time again. Alice M is in pain and Sally wobbly from her knife wound. Alice M now charges towards Sally and their bodies now touching, Alice M stabs Sally in the belly. She pulls out the knife, Sally now places the gun barrel flush against Alice's body and fires two shots. Alice M then stabs Sally between her breasts. Leaves knife in Sally (if possible) then Alice M staggers back. Sally shoots Alice M two more times. She screams in pain. Sally now moves towards the wounded Alice M with the knife in her chest. "No knife in your hand now bitch". Sally points the gun again at Alice M and fires two more times. Alice M now falls back, eyes staring at the ceiling, moaning in pain until she dies eyes open. Sally now bleeding weakens, tries to leave but cannot. Falls on her back and dies eyes open. Last agent (bare legged, black bra) is tough, they exchange a few shots, agent is wounded in the leg, kneels down on one knee, aims her gun, but is then shot in the heart, falls on side or back, legs bent, a little panty showing. Maybe a good idea is to have each lady get the assignment one at a time, after the first one fails, the 2nd assassin gets the same phone call, and then when she fails, the 3rd assassin gets the phone call, saying that the other two killers failed, and she needs to get this done. The last assassin will laugh arrogantly and say, {Well, you should have hired me first, not those amateurs}, and have a very confident attitude. And she would have the longest gunfight, as she is the best assassin, before she is hit in the leg, goes down on one knee, aims her gun (still confident) but is shot in the heart. Any added slo-mo when the killers are hit and go down would be great (even if it's only one).
